We've made our rental process as smooth and frictionless as possible. Here are a few logistical details you might be wondering about before you book.
What if it rains?
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) is in the forecast, we offer free rescheduling or full refunds (minus processing fees). We will never set up an inflatable in unsafe conditions.
Some bouncy houses are small enough to setup indoors, so this may not even be a problem!
How much space do I need?
Most of our standard bouncy houses require a clear, flat 20x20 ft area away from low-hanging branches or power lines. We also need a 3-4 ft clear path for delivery access to your yard.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know family plans change! You can cancel for a full refund (minus processing fees) up to 48 hours before your event. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we are happy to apply your deposit toward a future rental date.
What are the power requirements?
We require a standard 110V household outlet within 100 feet of the setup area to run the blower continuously. If you are hosting your event at a park without power access, we rent portable generators for an additional fee.
